STEPHANIE PETERS

Stephanie Peters, Creative Director of Social Lighthouse, graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, where she received a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. After graduation, Stephanie launched her career in San Francisco, where she began to specialize in millennial digital marketing and design at iHeartMedia, one of the nation’s digital advertising agencies and largest operator of radio stations. After leaving her imprint at the Fortune 500 company, she transitioned to Alexander Paul, a start-up fashion company, where she as responsible for re-branding their digital presence specifically through social media campaigns that target emerging millennial professionals. She currently oversees the creative department at Social Lighthouse, where she pumps out big ideas and creates strategic, customized digital campaigns for businesses, public figures, and non-profits.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

CHARLENE YASHOUAFAR

Charlene Yashouafar received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Communication Management at Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at USC. Throughout her multifaceted time in Graduate school, she was also a key partner for a start-up fashion company, Alexander Paul Apparel, managing various departments within the company, from marketing to product development, to operations management. Soon after, Charlene transitioned into the Marketing Manager at tech-startup, The Idealists. After being acquired, Charlene joined Social Lighthouse as the Director of Marketing, where she now oversees and executes all digital campaigns. 


SOCIAL STRATEGIST

NIC MORA

Nic Mora is a television personality, producer, and pop culture & lifestyle expert. As the Social Strategist and Influencer Relations Manager at Social Lighthouse, Nic is responsible for creating and executing high-impact digital campaigns to elevate our clients’ brands. Known as the ‘media whisperer,’ her keen eye for what’s new and what’s next, allows Nic to bring her vision to reality, create content that’s more engaging, experiences that are more persuasive, and marketing that is relevant. Her passion for storytelling and the ability to easily connect with people from all parts of the world is what drives her to look for the next great campaign. Nic graduated from the University of Southern California with a dual degree from the School of Cinematic Arts and the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

NAHAL AGHAJANI

As an Account Manager, Nahal Aghajani is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and managing each client’s digital presence. With a focus on creative strategy, copywriting, curating unique content, and executing digital campaigns, she helps brands tell their stories. Prior to joining the Social Lighthouse team, Nahal worked as the Marketing and Events specialist for Equinox, where she independently managed all brand marketing, outreach and events for the San Fernando Valley Region. She used her ability to easily connect with others along with her understanding of the fitness and lifestyle industry to create and sustain an active network of partnerships with luxury accounts. With a love for all things social media, Nahal enjoys the challenge of growing a brand’s social media presence from scratch, and utilizing today’s most relevant platforms to do so. Nahal graduated from the University of Southern California, with a Bachelors of Arts in Public Relations.

VIVIAN MANI

Vivian Mani is a Social Media Coordinator at Social Lighthouse, where she assists with the curation and execution of innovative social media content and next-level strategy for a wide range of lifestyle brands and non-profit organizations. She’s social media savvy, creative and highly attentive to detail, with a passion for researching the latest trends and positioning herself at the forefront of the digital space. She graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications.

VISUAL DIRECTOR

RUBEN CORTEZ

Ruben Samuel Cortez is a professional photographer and videographer, with a passion for turning client visions into reality. Ruben received his Associates of Science in Film from The Los Angeles Film School and holds certifications in Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer. Ruben has fine-tuned his expertise in creating engaging and powerful content, ranging from event videography to commercials, advertisements and high-impact projects. With a creative eye, and unique perspective, Rubin oversees the entire videography process at Social Lighthouse from inception to direction, and pre and post-production. In addition to working as the Visual Director at Social Lighthouse, Ruben manages his rapidly growing YouTube channel, which has amassed more than 40,000,000 views. His ability to create captivating content which engages a variety of audiences sets Ruben apart others.

JONATHAN DIAN

Jonathan Dian is responsible for strategizing, analyzing and implementing tailored solutions to increase our brands’ digital exposure through search engine optimization. As the SEO Specialist, Jonathan uses his fluent understanding of today’s top search engines, combined with expert data analysis data, to develop content, analyze market trends, and deliver real results that maximize organic traffic to our clients’ sites.
