STEPHANIE PETERS

Stephanie Peters, Creative Director of Social Lighthouse, graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, where she received a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. After graduation, Stephanie launched her career in San Francisco, where she began to specialize in millennial digital marketing and design at iHeartMedia, one of the nation’s digital advertising agencies and largest operator of radio stations. After leaving her imprint at the Fortune 500 company, she transitioned to Alexander Paul, a start-up fashion company, where she as responsible for re-branding their digital presence specifically through social media campaigns that target emerging millennial professionals. She currently oversees the creative department at Social Lighthouse, where she pumps out big ideas and creates strategic, customized digital campaigns for businesses, public figures, and non-profits.

CHARLENE YASHOUAFAR

Charlene Shans received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Communication Management at Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at USC. Throughout her multifaceted time in Graduate school, she was also a key partner for a start-up fashion company, Alexander Paul Apparel, managing various departments within the company, from marketing to product development, to operations management. Soon after, Charlene transitioned into the Marketing Manager at tech-startup, The Idealists. After being acquired, Charlene joined Social Lighthouse as the Director of Marketing, where she now oversees and executes all digital campaigns.

NIC MORA

Nic Mora is a television personality, producer, and pop culture & lifestyle expert. As the Social Strategist and Influencer Relations Manager at Social Lighthouse, Nic is responsible for creating and executing high-impact digital campaigns to elevate our clients’ brands. Known as the ‘media whisperer,’ her keen eye for what’s new and what’s next, allows Nic to bring her vision to reality, create content that’s more engaging, experiences that are more persuasive, and marketing that is relevant. Her passion for storytelling and the ability to easily connect with people from all parts of the world is what drives her to look for the next great campaign. Nic graduated from the University of Southern California with a dual degree from the School of Cinematic Arts and the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
